Nor Ba'yah Abdul Kadir is a faculty member of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (National University of Malaysia). She was awarded a young scholar fellowship in 2010.
She has research interests in adult attachment styles, depression, well-being, human values and positive psychology.
Her current research is about reconstructing adult attachment style measures in the Malaysian contexts. She has completed her research on adult attachment styles among mothers in Malaysia and couple relationships in relation to attachment orientations.
